Calorie Counter Plus Is Eating Too Few Calories Per Say Considered Unhealthy?

Is eating too few calories per say considered unhealthy? - calorie counter plus

I want to about 1800 calories a day, maybe more, but I use the calorie counter Google, and while I do some exercises three times a week I did a little exercise. My question is: Are you eating enough calories per day is considered healthy? In the last two days I was too late and only had two full meals, it is only about 760/780 calories per day .. Plus tons of water. It is not healthy? I do not unhealthy. I did not do it that I was not hungry, and woke up too late.

The water is so exaggerated, unless Oyu 40 and abdominal Havea, which can lead to diabetes. Try to OJ.

You should not skip meals, but if you try to lose weight, then we need to consume fewer calories than you burn. So, in theory, is not healthy. Try to eat breakfast and 5 small meals through the day. Make sure you do not eat too many calories. You really should fruits and vegetables 5 times a day. and I do sports mean that you're on an increase in heart rate for at least 20 minutes.

In fact, you should just 1200 per day. It is not very healthy but a little to the east. Sleep well, that's why. It's like you do not skip meals, they sleep through it. They should atleast 1200 per day. If you are a woman in 1800, is a bit much.
