Japanese Supermarket Online How Safe Is Supermarket Bought Sashimi Grade Sushi?

How safe is supermarket Bought sashimi grade sushi? - japanese supermarket online

I wonder, is it safe to buy a "salmon and tuna sashimi class is the local Japanese supermarket. Do I worry about parasites everything that counts is the danger?" I read online that have found the people in their Grade supposedly live "sashimi" of the fish.

I know that you will be frozen before serving, but when this happens? On the ship? At the treatment plant? In the supermarket?

All the information that I would enjoy sushi at home in peace and quiet can be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I bought salmon fillets from grocery supermarket and it was delicious sashimi. This is no different to buying in a restaurant. Very doubtful that they are concerned about the noise. I am sure it is as rare as anything, and if they were there, I'm sure he would find where the consumption of fish. Other Japanese and have been for 1000 years.

Most imported goods through customs controls and food before the sale.
If a package is closed, there should be no problem, but do not buy something that is not waterproof.

No food is 100% safe, but only you can inspect before eating, and it should go.

Buy at the supermarket only be sure not to buy dirty, unreliable, or where there is less chance of infection.
Buy from somewhere with a good reputation.

Sure, but generally not very good taste in comparison to, say, a sushi restaurant that draws most of his fish from Japan ... If you find a grocery store with a Japanese distributor, the fish did not taste so good.
